The time is easy enough, but the colors and the sounds don't make any sense. If the colors are supposed to be for Brazil, it would be green, yellow, and blue, but that doesn't work. If it's related to the periodic table, then nothing there gives any indication of a code. The sounds don't seem to correspond to anything. Also, everything is jumpy when moved and everything is blurry regardless....
