Problem with Puzzle 7

I've filled in the obvious clues no problem but ran into a deadlock and had to pencil in the whole board, But all the cells remain ambiguous, and I even had to resort to the in game Hints to see if I was missing something, but the some of the hints point to situations that don't actually exist on this board. EG: the hints say there's a 1/2/3 triple in row 3 of box 3, but that's clearly not the case, as there's still an 8 that can also go there, breaking up the triple, and it also says the 7s in column 1 are limited to Rs 4 and 6, but 7 is also still valid in r5 as well.

Am I missing something or is this a bug?
