double jumping

game is horrible. I spent 30 minutes trying to double jump in the begining and can't make any progress. im going to ask for my money back

I know the part you're talking about. It is a bit tricky, but it's doable. Don't let something extremely minor cause you to miss out on what is a really good game.

gonna chalk this up to user-end error. this is a very simple game to understand, I can't wrap my head arond how anyone could be confused by double jumping, and ledge grabbing ; two staples in 3d platformers.

I had trouble with the double jump in the beginning too. Trick is to engage the second part of the jump as Jack almost completes the first part. Any sooner and you wil not make the gap. Tendency is to try and double click as fast as you can, but that makes is even harder.

Are you doing something like playing over Steam Link? Maybe there are latency issues. On an Xbox One controller it's just hitting A twice. On keyboard, it's spacebar. It's not hard.
