Report a translation problem
It's the case when there are elections for which you could endorse candidates. You will observe that once these elections are over, everything works again (like after week 45) or in years without any elections.
I think it's because there is another event tab under campaign (that is by default set to "no") and it overwrites the normal one.
One of the changes in the update is that you can endorse politicians (during election years) even if you are not running for election. This means that it is possible to do automated campaign events for the endorsed candidates. If you are doing automated campaign events, that overwrites any time you have to do automated office events.
Do you have automated campaign events set to true? If so, that might be preventing automated office events from working. If you turn off automated campaign events, do automated office events start working again?
