this game let's you run for any position and you actually can play as the president, or as a senator, or governor and pass legislation, manage the economy, etc. and is getting better with each update, adding foreign relations, judicial updates, etc. will differentiate this game from anything else. it isn't as in depth with the campaign obviously because it is not only a campaign simulator, it comes down to preference, but I play and recommend both
very well said. I honestly can't wait to see what this game will be like in 6 months or maybe even 12. Once we get things like: an election update which the dev is gonna work on now, judicial update+events update+legislation update, all of which will make the presidency actually interesting, as now it's pretty dull and boring to be POTUS. Then add 3rd party to the mix and oh boy, it will be good! =D
