Foreign Policy DLC (For much later)

I was thinking it would be interesting, once the game is done, to have a Foreign Policy DLC. Trade deals, trade wars, war, occupation, etc. I would imagine it would be expansive, so it's probably best to be a DLC type of thing..

I am planning on a major foreign policy/international relations update. I expect it will be quite expansive. I intend for it to be an update for the game, not DLC. When I get closer to working on it, I will create a discussion post with a list of what I plan to include. I will also ask the community what they want to see in the update. Thanks for the suggestion. :)

That is AWESOME! I hope it includes reasons for having a military budget (as it stands, the only reason for a military budget - that I can tell - is political, since it doesn't seem to impact the economy (as it should - employment/taxes/industrial growth, etc).
