Monks have to be Lawful, so your alignment is opposed to him.
As for evil deities: it can select Achaekek, Asmodeus, Urgathoa and Norgorber and Zon-Kuthon. The issue is that the archetype cannot, for whatever reason, select any chaotic deity except of Cayden Cailean. Including the newly introduced Dahak.
The druken master rule was rushed because of people wanting to pick cayden cailean even though lore wise it should be impossible (in tabletop drunken master is still lawful). That's what happens when you homebrew stuff without actually thinking about the meaning of the rule you homebrew.
So it's full of inconsistencies and the deity list likely has to be manually updated.
This drove me insane. Drunken Masters are generally only mimic being drunk. Their movements aren't chaotic, but precisely controlled, with their great inner strength being used to transmute alcohol into something more constructive. That's the opposite of chaotic. But the hoipoloi don't get it.
