How to make your own portraits using AI

Hello everyone, I made a LoRA to generate portraits in the style of the game portaits, mainly because I was using a mod that added portraits to NPCs that didn't have one but in the pack of images I download many were missing so I used the AI to make some myself lol
I'm sharing this in case someone wants to use it to make their own portraits, here's a link [tungsten.run] to use the AI online so you don't have to download anything (if you want to download the LoRA to use it locally I'll give you the link but it seems like mediafire links get automatically deleted lol) and here's a link [imgur.com] to see a showcase of screenshots I took from the game and the results I got after using the LoRA
Also if you don't really know how to use it I could generate the image for you if you want, just post the image you want to use as a source :D

Man, I know it's popular, but it always makes me sad to see people doing this instead of just commissioning an artist or drawing something yourself. Head over to VGen[vgen.co] and you can get a portrait that doesn't have deformed hands or nonsense belts that connect to nothing.

I hate AI too. It makes weird, trash versions of things that people can do much better if they took the time. They ruined celebrity porn fakes!

Obviously real artists are going to be better but this is something you can do for free in like 10 minutes

I'd be interested in a free program that inputs your own images and outputs more easily into the portrait sizes, but I use my own pictures/art, no need for the ai.

Presently using a combination of MS paint and MS photos to get pictures into the right size.

I use Portramatic to cut the images into the right sizes, it's not automatic but it's very easy to use, you just select an image and then adjust the Full length, medium and small sizes

Your program doesn't output the ai art in the right sizes?

I didn't make a program sadly I don't have that much knowledge in programming haha I just trained a LoRA which is like a small focused model, it uses Stable Diffusion XL as a base and then the LoRA I made goes on top of that, the image it generates can be of any size but I used as a source full length images so that I can resize them later (although it was kinda unnecessary since NPCs in dialogue only use the medium size lol)
