Majority of backers were wrong and they should feel bad for it. Ratkin lost because people would rather have anime UwU foxes instead of something more unique.
Different opinion =/= wrong
Thats just how democrasy works. The vote difference between fox and rat races were just too big. That said I wanted the cat people myself (even though its hardly something new or unique)
QWQ
Very wrong.
I was personally hoping that Ratfolk would win, as I think it would have been amusing for both romance options, and the sight of a small rodent leading the crusaders to victory.
But I'm fine with Kitsune being the race we got, since their race is practically synonymous with TRICKSTERS, which are both a Mythic Path, and a prestige class.
But again part of why I do not care is because I am still bitter that Star Wars: Old Republic took away all of the races from Star Wars Galaxies that I actually enjoyed playing, so I would rather have too many choices than not enough
Not all the kitsune faces are cute, anime foxes. Only the 4-6th head options would fit the sexy waifu material.
The 1-3rd head options are just a typical fox, while the 7-9th head options are more savage with a set of protruding fangs. This will fit nicely for the Lamashtu worshiper I plan to make.
The problem with Tieflings being added to Kingmaker, is that they weren't even on the voting poll to begin with. The choices were Aasimar, Dhampir and the half elementals.
Aasimar won the vote, and I guess they tossed in the Tieflings later just because it felt appropriate. But I think they should have added the other voted options, instead.
I was very pleased to hear that WotR added Dhampir right off the bat. And even if we don't have ALL the elementals, we at least get Oreads.
