Personally though I don't agree with that and feel like Owlcat took that rule too far. Like yeah it's cool and unique for Apsu to not create Oracles but I don't see why an Oracle wouldn't consider worshipping him anyway when they can be atheists. The class isn't like Clerics where they need to believe in the deity to gain their powers, they're a bit more independent than that.
Plus, apsu has a list of bonus spells for oracles in the legacy of dragons book...
The apsu has no oracles rule means that apsu can't be the origin of the mystery for the oracle. It doesn't mean an oracle can't worship apsu.
You don't choose to become an Oracle, you are chosen to become one.
Even if you don't worship a deity (Atheist), you can still be chosen by one regardless of your feelings on the matter.
But in Apsu's case, he refuses to create them out of principle.
how would i even do that? like i have toybox and im always using it but im not familiar with an option to remove prequisites from classes, or how to assign a deity with it specifically.
