So who are your custom portraits?

I have a a lot of custom portraits. I've got Bavmorda, Willow Ufgood, Peter Lorre (A Hollywood actor), Pierce Hawthorne, and many other fictional characters. Who are some of yours?

I got one of the portrait packs from Nexus (not sure I can post the link here). They look really good and fit the game, in my opinion. I was never a fan of silly portraits like anime, celebrities, etc.

How do you upload these? Anything is better than the very limited character selection.

I have used NovelAI to create a portrait for my kitsune sorcerer. It took me quite some time before it generated something decent.

Just download a portrait pack (do a search for WOTR portraits or check out Nexusmods) then unzip it. It should contain a bunch of folders named 0001, 0002, etc. Copy those folders to the portraits location (usually C:\Users\(username)\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Pathfinder Wrath Of The Righteous\Portraits) and you're set, you can select them from the custom list when creating a character.

Okay yeah that's what someone else said, just checking. I can't seem to find that folder. I think I read that it's hidden so code butterfingers like me can't break my game and machine?

Which is incredibly frustrating when I'm trying to find portraits for Elves and Half Orcs that aren't A) overly sexualized, or B) just an elf with green skin and pointy teeth.

I think You can access it via game, by going into custom portraits and clicking open folder button. If not, it is really simple to make it visible, plenty of guides out there.



As for portraits, I use nexus database, cannot really stand using character portraits from other games, breaks immersion for me, personally.

Just open it via ingame, then copy-paste from another folder you open.

NexusMods has very good portrait packs with portraits that actually look like orcs. Some are not, some are sexualised but many good ones in there as well.

I use a very good looking red haired woman with a lot of wood in front of the house from something I downloaded from Nexus.

Love her.

GF and I laughed, though, because the toons themselves are very flat and then I put that super sexy picture there, haha.

If you can not find, just create a Portraits folder and put custom portraits there the game should recognise location.

I make my own portraits (3D/Digital Art - no AI) and in most cases use a 3D version of myself as a base for these pieces.

I use commissioned artwork of my current/previous TT OC's
