Mythic abilities are useful for everyone, not just casters. Still, if you think Legend is better, then by all means, play Legend.
Legend is the weakest caster, therefore it is the weakest mythic.
Makes most encounters trivial.
Oh and party wide multibuff spell for easy buffing.
In general I think mages work best with a mythic path as caster level from character level is mostly capped at 20. However for weapon based characters, BAB keeps increasing leading to increased to hit bonuses.
Anyway post a build, and we can discuss where legend is best or not.
Level cap of 40 for your main character.
Complete immunity to Corruption on the world map.
You get help from ALL the mythic path advisors in Chapter 5.
----------------------
Cons:
Lose all your Mythic abilities for your main character.
Companions still locked at a level cap of 20.
Companions stop advancing beyond Mythic Rank 7
Can't get the ascension ending.
