What is the point of unholy weapons ?
So most of enemies are evil and unholy weapons only do bonus damage to good creatures which makes those weapons worthless in my opinion.
What do you think ?

Unholy makes sense for the Lich path and its enounters. Swarm also has a couple of good-aligned enemies during act 5. Demon as well, tho less so. Devil on the other hand doesn't have any.

The non-evil paths generally have no use for unholy. Or even anarchic for that matter.

They game seems to push you in a "good" direction. All spells, abilities and items, that are targeted at good characters are mainly useless. As there also "lawful" evil enemies, so some chaotic stuff can still be useful.

This seems to be an oversight on the devs part, as they failed to take into consideration the fact that pretty much 90% of the game involves you fighting enemies whom unholy damage is practically useless against.

Well, since 90 % of the enemyies are evil, you loot is about 90 % from evil creatures. And it makes sense, that the demons have unholy weapons against the crusaders. So it's bad luck 4 you, that you not have much use of them. At least you get good gold for those.

Not an oversight at all. It's part of the options laid out in loot tables and character design. It's like calling the choice buy prot. good potion or to have "favored enemy fey" an oversight. It's certainly not optimal, but it's still part of the game format.

Oddly, given the number of Axiomites you run into in the DLC, it's really the first time that you'll find a lot of use for all those Anarchic weapons in the game. So if you're going to play it, don't throw them away.

But then you have to switch to the Axiomatic ones against all the chaotic Proteans.

It's also funny that the only Outsider bane qualities a Trickster can produce with Arcana trick are Good Outsider and Lawful Outsider banes. Very useful in a campaign against demons. :)

About as useful as a Defender of the True World archetype Druid, when there is barely any Fey in the entire game.

Presumably, they plan to release additional adventure paths and wanted to have the classes up and running for them. So in the future, there will probably be DLC adventure paths against Fey, Devils, Angels, and so on.
