It's hard to recommend any kind of specific path for an evil summoner besides Demon. I'm not sure if Gozreh tolerates Chaotic Evil worshipers, but the only other option would be Lich.
All the Mythic paths get their own selection of summons as they level up, but these are primarily once daily powers. If you're not a pure caster such as Angel or Lich who can combine their spell books with Divine and Arcane casters respectively, it's not much of a viable strategy.
But on standard difficulty levels you can certainly win the game with a monster tactician if that's what you want to play. Aeon has specific abilities that buff summoned creatures, which is why people tend to recommend it for summon-focused builds. But aeon is one of the weaker mythic paths overall so you would be fine going with an evil mythic instead.
You can give them a buff with the Ascended Summons feat, though.
As for the Aeon, it's Gaze abilities let it effectively shut down your enemy's defenses and other sorts of powers. But it's main gimmick seems to be the time traveling aspect. It's fun to see how history might have played out if things happened differently.
Trickster gets a few unique summons, but two of them are just as much a risk to you as they are to the enemy. Both the Hog of Desolation, and the Perpetually Annoyed Wizard will attack everything in sight, friend or foe.
The Beer Elemental is just a renamed Water Elemental. It's not even colored yellow / orange, they just replaced the word 'Water' with 'Beer.'
I never tried out the Murder Pony, but since it was a level 0 spell, I assumed it was useless.
Best case scenario for a Trickster summoner, though, I would have to say is to pick up the unique metamagic feat Completely Normal Spell. This will reduce the spell's level down to 0, allowing it to function as a cantrip that you can cast an infinite number of times per day.
Using this feat, you should be able to effectively cast Summon Monster / Nature's Ally an unlimited number of times. Overwhelm the enemy with a bigger army than the goblin shaman in Kingmaker!
