No More Mass Haste?
So, I'm reaching level 8 and want to make sure I got all spells available to steamroll Drezen. But I notice there are no Mass Haste spells, I check the wiki, there are also no Mass Haste in Transumation School of Spells?

Does Mass Haste actually got removed or I'm looking at the wrong school of magic?

EDIT: Or do I have to use Metamagic to enlarge the spell reach?

The level 3 arcane spell Haste is a multi targets spell and one of the best spell in the game if not the best.

I believe Haste affects all allies within x radius, which is why there's no separate Mass Haste spell.

Thanks! I just found that out lmao (Nenio has it a couple of level ago, could've been made some tougher battle a lot more easier.

There should really be Haste and Mass Haste. Basic Haste working like it does is ... simply insane.

But then again, some basic spells like Silence don't exist, so... /shrug .

Take the Mythic Feat that lets you reduce the spell slot level of your Metamagic, and use it on Extend Spell. You'll be able to prepare 2 minute long Hastes as a 3rd level slot!

I did, mostly because I use Extend metamagic, so It reduces the increased level "penalty" I was supposed to take.

I'm okay with Haste just being what it is now. However, I will note, Silence spell would really help with the fights making them much easier, but it would make the demons far less formidable. Everyone always under estimates the spell, and yet so many die from it... in silence. ;)

What's insane with how it works now? It's hardly different from TT. Or do you mean that's insane as well?

The power level is insane in general. Iirc(and I really think I do), there used to be both Haste and Mass Haste. Having group wide superbuff on spell level 3 that is pretty much always assumed to be on is ... too much for slvl 3. Imo.

There might have been in D&D but Pathfinder was always just Haste. I agree it is powerful though. And thinking about it, it is a bit stronger in this. In TT until higher levels where it's not quite as good it's pretty much a 1 cast per encounter, not multiple like in this. A caster probably isn't going to use all of their spell slots on that in TT either though they might load up on scrolls.

I know I always kept a Lesser Extend Rod on my Haste character just to help it last longer in dungeons.

3.5 haste always let you target multiple allies(think there was a upper limit though). Mass haste is some new thing.
