(Nothing will save your squishies except killing/CCing whatever is hitting them and protective luck and concealment are both way, way better for frontliners.)
But fast healing to save on healing resources post-fight so you can keep going for longer without rests? That's great.
Also Azata get fast healing as one of their superpowers. Marvelous Endurance. (Don't really recommend it but it exists.)
"At 1st level, whenever you receive fire damage, you gain fast healing 5 for the number of rounds equal to your level in this prestige class. At 5th level you gain fast healing 10 and at 9th level you gain fast healing 15 instead".
You can probably go with evoker wizard or fire elemental sorcerer so you can change your cantrips to fire (acid splash), would be good on you or some of your tanks, but i have no idea
if it would work on fire immune characters.
