Issues with Middlegame quest

I'm on act III one of the requirements is raise all crusade stats to max. They are all at level V I have no option to raise them further. Is this a bug or have I missed something?

How do you get to that conclusion???

because when you reach 5 in every stats in act 3, nothing happens.

The quest should validate.

It doesn't.

That's one of the issue which made me stop playing the current build of the game among others. Still waiting for a fix.

You do pop the achievement though - not that I am excusing bugs but this one does have that 'alternative solution' :)

Because all my stats are at 5 and the quest does not trigger despite my getting the cheevo I'll have to edit my save file to get the quest or wait on a fix.

How do you edit your save file to get the quest? i would like to do that for my save game as i hit the same bug

Wait a minute. Middlegame quest is "build stables, craft a relic, form counsil, capture a region". "Raise all stats to maximum" is the Endgame quest and it's given in Act 5

Well this is what happens when people "edit" saves to get stuff done i guess. Middlegame Objectives are infact:
Build the Main Stables in Drezen, Liberate the region, From the Staff Council and Order the crusade's craftsmen to improve the relic

Build the Main Stables in Drezen, Liberate the region, From the Staff Council and Order the crusade's craftsmen to improve the relic

After the last patch middlegame objectives now include raising all stats to maximum. I failed that quest when I went to Alush. Had all the other objectives like building stables/liberating the region done.

I do wonder if the word "maximum" at that point means only to something like level ~5 (which I had) or something and not actually maximum like in the quest "endgame". But I was not going to waste time doing (read: more than I needed) to find out. No idea if failing that quest will affect end game slides or not.

Just to note i'm in act 5 at the moment and at some parts of this my stats were ready to be leveled up and I got no card for that right away. Skipping a few days when that happened seemed to eventually make that card pop up.

I have only edited things to get around broken quests, thanks.

I'm getting the same problem. It should be to rank 5 only. Because (1) I can't get any event to hit rank 6 even though my Diplomacy stat has gone way past what was needed to rank up, (2) it is impossible to hit rank 6 in all stats by Chapter 3, let alone rank 10, (3) the game marks this as the last chapter to complete the quest, and from what I hear, the quest will automatically fail once I move on to Chapter 4.

I didn't have this problem prior to version 1.1 in my previous playthrough; the game correctly gave the quest completion (although I can't remember if rank 5 in all crusade stats was a requirement...I think it was but it wasn't clearly stated or something).

I'm contemplating just going into Toybox and setting the quest to complete, but then "Maximize all crusade stats" would always have that cross next to it which I'd rather not have... Trying to see if I find the trigger for "Maximize all crusade stats" instead of the trigger for "Middlegame", but no luck so far.
