cold iron arrows not working?

I have the bag of cold iron arrows in a quickslot, and i clicked it "on" (glowing border) to activate them. The counter goes down with each shot, but they do not pierce cold iron DR...is this a known bug or is there some other way to "attach" the bag to a specific bow or something I'm missing?

A lot of things haven't worked for me in this game, but I don't remember cold iron arrows being one of those things. I could be mistaken though - maybe I just never checked and assumed they were working.

If the count is going down, surely it should be activated, right?

There is no damage difference between attacking with them toggled on or off? Could you supply some images so we can better assist you?

Turns out the creature also had another immunity that i guess i didn't a high enough knowledge check to see on the info sheet, so I thought the arrows just weren't working

Some ennemies need more than just cold iron ammunitions/weapon to take full damage. Some may need to be hit with weapon/ammunitions made in cold iron AND good aligned. Or weapon who are magic as well, and so on ...

It might be that - i've never had any trouble with the cold iron arrow quiver so far.

Don't hesitate to look at the demons character sheet with the "inspect monster" button.

I've also noticed at times what seems to be an interface bug--mostly on my fire Kineticist with Ascended Element: Fire. When I would hit a demon with a fire blast, the floating text over their head SAID "(reduced)" at the end of it, but when I moused over it in the chat log to check, there was no "reduced to X" listed on the damage roll...just the full damage inflicted by the blast. So, just another thing to look out for with stuff like that.

What annoys me personally is that Zen Archers still need those special arrows even though the Ki Arrows feat would suggest otherwise :(

Batches of 20 arrows is itself annoying, especially with arrow flurry. Oh good, that helped for 1 fight
