This pretty much sums it up. Grease is more of a fatty greasy substance instead of an ignitable oil slick.
It's one of the things I like best in this game, that it doesn't have gimmicky and hamfisted "synergy" forced into it.
That's personal taste. Personally I find it one of the dumbest ideas to have ever been conceived, and a massive drawback to every single game it is featured in.
Ohh PLEASE PLEASE NO !! Just don't wan't to see that Divinity gimmick all over these games aswell

Grease burns in almost every version of dnd, but after playing Baldur's Original Sin it's refreshing to not just use that in every single encounter.
And yes I'm old enough to remember that, before some astute troller realizes it.
