That doesn't sound long, that's like the life span of a normal human, selah said in game that a half elf get to live twice as long as human, so 240 to 360 something range is more like twice as long.
Also judging by the dialogue from Lan his mom is a half helf and he said that mongre get to live at most 40 somethng, and by the time he die ihs mom won't even have her first silver hair, so that's pretty much confirm the half elf get a natural life spam of least 2 to 3 hundred years.
also there are magic power to keep anyone alive long, like isn't the Queen just a human but she is like immortal?
Well we all know WHY that's the case LOL. are orc women just big orc but with tits? lol
Aragorn isn't a half elf. Elrond is a half elf in LOTR.
Aragorn is a Edain with a tiny bit of elven blood in his veins from Elros line who was Elronds brother.
They might come accross as a Dwarf/Halfling on the taller side, or a shorter Human.
All Numenoreans were long-lived. It was a gift bestowed on them for their valiant behaviour in the war. The house of Elros was exceptionally long lived and there was some Elven blood in their line, but that's not the reason for all Numenoreans living about 300 years.
All the standard fantasy tropes originated in a much earlier time and largely come from imitating or building upon the legacy of Tolkien. He had the elder races as largely insular and in decline with the vast majority of the world filled with humanity and the early RPGs followed that lead (although not the connection between Orcs and Elves).
D&D and Pathfinder are gradually evolving to have a more 21st century approach, with each race treated more respectfully and awareness of cultural stereotyping and LGBT issues written into the material. This is a good thing, even if the way they go about it sometimes feels very clumsy.
What humans do you know that can easily live to be 120 years old? I'm pretty sure most of us will be dead somewhere between our mid 70's, to early 90's.
90 + 90 = 180
As for the Mongrels, their in game write up (which you can read by hovering over Mongrel in Lann or Wenduag's character info) states that it is rare for them to live longer than 35 years. But considering that Sull is a feeble, old man at this point, I'm guessing that means they age quite rapidly, too.

For life extension magic, that is considered to be very rare and often taboo. Pharasma will personally hold a grudge against anybody who seeks to subvert the natural order of life and death. And there would be no need for anybody to seek lichdom, if there was a more pleasant way to become immortal.
In the adventure path, the queen was blessed with immortality by Iomedae, which is supposed to only last until after the World Wound has been permanently dealt with. Once the war is finally over, she goes back to being mortal again.
In Owlcat's version of the story, her youth is sustained by the Sun Orchid Elixir. Which is so difficult to produce, that only 6 vials of it can be sold per year.
