Where's the last mask at? I'm in act 5 and I got the third mask from Ineluctable Prison

Looking for the same thing. I'm beginning to wonder if it's in the final area, or something, since the quest is one of the very few that is not yet marked as "must be completed this chapter"

The masks I found were in Pulura Falls, Ivory Sanctum and Heart of the Mystery. I have not been to the prison yet.

Huh. So that's all four locations (thanks!) ...back to Heart of the Mystery to be completely stuck on that puzzle.

Where is the mask in that first location? I've been there in act 5 but can't find it at all

I was there in act 3. It is behind the secret wall in the pool room.

Edit: inside a locked chest.

How do you get there in Act 3? Apparently it has something to do with the Hand teleporting you there, but I never got the quest

When you are on the Angel path, the Inheritor will port you there, but only once. It seems to be a one-time trip, too, because afterwards he declared the place is closed to us.
I never saw the location on the map during the beta (and never played Angel), so maybe it is act 5 for everyone else?

Damn. I can't get the secret room at all, is it linked to the puzzle then? Not sure if secret room is Act 3 only or not, since I have high perception but can never find anything

Yes, the room is opened by the puzzle, nothing else will get you in. It is as usual pressing the symbols in the right order.

omg thank you lol, I searched everywhere for solutions but no one posted it. How did you find out?

P.S. I have bad reading comprehension so I probably missed the solution in-game pretty easily

It is somehow tied to the stories in the area, when I look at the words. I could not figure it out and used my google-fu in the end. With 12 buttons and only some of them used you pretty much have to know what to do or it is hopeless.

Even if you read the ingame help it's only easy to understand that you start with newly weds.

After that ... it didn't give any clue because the story speaks of many participant, and your right buttons to push are not in order at all... So from my text (in french maybe it's otherwise in english) it's pure random and I hated that.

If you couldn't get the mask in ch3 because you aren't on the angel path then you have another chance in ch5.
