Once you figure out what the numbers are by studying the symbols and clues in the dungeon you need to point exactly the same number of arrows at each symbol, no more, no less.
I ran lines through each to solve it on paper first.
it seems arbitrary.
There's no clue as to what to do with the arrows that I've found.
I've LOVED puzzles in Rpgs since Lufia II. They're a great break from the action and let you engage differently but holy crap I've never been more frustrated at these. A lot of them have multiple ways they can be solved, but since it's not the *coded* solution you end up being wrong.
That whole area is a mess, really. Between each mind numbing puzzle there's a bazillion trash encounters and they want you to have freakin' Nenio with you the entire time (Illusionists make me angry). Like, guys, calm down. Stop making me headbutt ANOTHER series of time gobbling mobs while I'm trying to brute force these puzzles you want me to fail.
Protip here? Look them up. There's a few guides out there now (why didn't I wait?!) that have all the solutions.
I will add a link in a minute
