Are there any mythic paths that stand out for archers ?
I've seen a lot of discussion about spellcaster mythics but not so many about ranger/hunter or just general archer type builds, so I was just wondering if one or more paths fitted an archer style build more than the others.

Trickster and Azata for sure. You can check out their powers on youtube without game spoilers.

Edit: Aeon for sure too. Dragon, Swarm, Legend, not enough info on them.

Not really, all Mythic paths are designed to like to all classes, there is obviously a few that fit certain classes very well and we will probably discover even more great combos, but that was not be design.

Example: A friend of mine has played a Lich caster and a Lich fighter with no casting and said both were viable, the cast being slightly more suited.

Additionally we have two paths we know almost nothing about yet.

As a almost blind playthrough player, i would be confident to go in any of those mythic paths as a archer ranger or hunter

Trickster (chaotic neutral)
- Extra damage(?)
- Skills

Azata (chaotic good)
- Extra animal companion
- Utility (?)

Angel (lawful good)
- For the wisdom angel spell book
- ?

Not knowing anything beyond rudementary stuff, I'd try anything except for Demon, Gold Dragon, and the Swarm that Walks. This because their core abilities seems to orient themselves towards melee exclusively. I don't know this for sure, but it's what it's looking like from what I've seen so far.

Depending on how Legends Mythic path work I think nothing would beat a Level 40 Zen Archer Monk or a 20/20 Zen-Archer/Paladin or even a ZenArcher/WisSorcerer/ArcaneArcher...

^ Legend. My 20 Slayer Deliver 15 Fighter is insane. 9 attacks from +64 to hit down to +40 to hit. All potentially hit for 100+ sneak attack, drain Strength and Constitution, and cause Exhaustion. Also can basically tank and shoot with Snap Shot and AOO related feats and buffed AC at 60+. Every kill procs Dreadful Carnage.

I tried Slayer Deliver / Zen Archer and it wasn't quite as good due to less feats. Fighter gets an absurd number of feats.

I think the most OP archer would be Slayer Deliverer + Ranger. Will try that next.

Azata Eldritch Archer is fun (on Hard) - although I am biased because my 1000 hours in Kingmaker were all Eldritch Archer Unfair play throughs - most people rightly say the EA is a dip class at best and going even 10EA/10EK on harder difficulties is just asking for grey hairs :)

The Demon path's Aspect of Vrok is explicitly for ranged characters.

While in demonic rage, the Demon with an aspect of Vrock gains a +2 bonus on Ranged attack rolls. The bonus increases by one at 6th and 9th Demon's rank. All Spells and non-physical abilities that the Demon with an aspect of Vrok uses during a demonic rage count as Reach spells.

During a demonic rage, all Enemies within 30 feet of a Demon with an aspect of Vrok gain a -1 penalty to Reflex saves and move as if on difficult terrain. These penalty increases by one at 6th and 9th mythic ranks.

Demon Lord aspects aren't provided much in terms of ranged boni. But Aspect of Areshkagal grants 50% miss chance against you and Aspect of Pazuzu adds 30ft speed, plus a free additional attack during demonic rage. Latter stacks with haste.

Swarm-That-Walks is kind of a kineticist with its own limitless ranged weapon. It won't grant boni to archers specifically though. It will be more like alterating between swarm infecting, ranged weapon shooting, swarm infecting. If you go that route, any Point-Blank feats and mythic abilities are a must have. Since it's only you inside the party (and eventually your clones).

Assuming a pure martial archer, your best bet is Trickster followed by Legend.

Best path by far for Archers in the game is Eldritch Archer Azata that later goes into Devil. Zippy Magic applies to ranged spellstrike, and Devils get Hellfire Ray at will, so by endgame you are basically making three attacks against enemies (Base ranged attack, Hellfire Ray, Hellfire Ray bounce) per round.

Swarm is good for any build. Once you devour enough victims to get your swarm up to around size 7+, you become virtually impervious to injury. And if you're using the Swarm Clone power to duplicate your character, you may as well include an option to let the game play itself while you wait for the credits to roll by.

Plus the Archer shot ...
