what exactly is Fulsome Queen

So i refuded nocticulas gift and i read that you can get gift from Fulsome Queen is that an npc or what? i checked fextra life and it looks like its a quest? and the reward for it is the gift but i haver had gotten this quest and i just killed baphomet am i missing something?

She’s one of those critters made of crap in the mines at the end of Act IV (omox? I forget how it’s spelled). She realized that Nocticula is the most beautiful being in existence and since she wanted to be beautiful too, she took her form even though she’s literally made from feces and mud. It’s played for laughs mostly.

Yes you missed her if you already killed Baphomet.

The gift is pretty... sh_it. Pun intended. Reduces your charisma stat for example (for obvious reasons) and give some other maluses. It does with you some natural AC and such though. So it could work for certain builds. It's basically a joke thing.

w8 what the hell i explored the entire cave i did not find such npc where exaclty she is? and wich mines did you meant the ones where baphomet was in?

She is in the same caves where the umbral dragon lives, and she wants you to kill him for her.

i killed the dragon aswell but i still have no clue where is that npc i explored both levels of the caves

when you start the level there's an NPC that pops up asking for your help and leading you to the eastern side of the dungeon. Just follow her.

oh my ghodf im so stupid there was tiny area where i didnt explore and there she was but i didnt get her gift tho? i got reward for killing dragon and i completed her task about killing baphomet daughter but at the end she just attacked me am i missing something? i read in fextra life you could get her gift and it was pretty good one aswell


she will grant you an unclean gift. (+2 profane bonus to cons, +2 Natural Armor, -4CHA and a 50% chance to treat sneak and critical hits against you as normal hits)

Is this gift only exlusive to trickster mythic? cuz there was dialog only avaible to mythic becuz like i said i didnt get any gift

You basically have to play her knight and make her happy. If you don't she attacks you after you finish the last quest.

ah i see i restarted her dialog and now i got the gift but what does it give exactly can i see it somehwere in the game cuz i cant find it under abilities or anywhere except on fextra life it says

is this true then? for my rogue build who cant cast spells anyway except my demon path spells this seems like a good gift charisma had no negative effect on my build and if i understand correct the critical hits are meant for enemies right? that they are more ineffective against me not that my critical hits are now ineffective?

yeah the crit hits are for receiving hits , its a pretty good buff if you dont use Charisma (my lich sorc wasn't too happy with it so reloaded it haha)

She's pretty hard to miss. Considering that she appears in a cutscene telling you to follow her. Just look on the map for the giant puddle of crap, and you'll find her there.
