Torag- Can invoke his name for the Defender's Inn fight and he'll put a protective buff on you. Can also use him in various dialogues with the Dwarf Brothers, Jorag & Staunton.
Abadar: I had a special dialogue with the cleric of Abadar who becomes a ghoul in Act 2, he sort of snaps out of it for a bit.
Atheist - gets you some dialog with Ember in camp about how it's going to be atheists like you and her that solve the problem of the worldwound not any god.

The best atheist option is in Act 5, though. You can straight up tell Iomedae that you don't give a crap about her
