Negative energy heals the undead and positive harms them. So instead of using (for example) cure light wounds, you'd use inflict light wounds, channel negative energy, etc. For inflict light wounds, even if you have no char that can cast it, you should find quite a few scrolls from "cleric" type enemies even in the starting areas. But sooner or later you'll need some other sources of healing, so be careful when building your companions (or your main if the class you picked for her has access to those spells), make sure to pick inflict wounds, harm and other such spells instead of or in addition to cure wounds, heal etc. Most spells that will heal the undead say so in their description.

Use inflect spells/potions.

same with undead, if you got a free feat to spare, get life dominant soul, it will heal you both positive and negative, youll get much easier life

The first couple of chapters are rough for an undead character. For some reason the vendors don't start selling potions of negative energy until Chapter 3.

There are negative versions of the healing spells: inflict light wounds as opposed to cure light wounds, and harm as opposed to heal. You can heal yourself only with those. Same goes for the potions, you need the blackish ones.
Since you will have living comapnions healing a mixed party is incredibly tedious. Mass heal will kill you off and channel energy can go either way (Sosiel and Daeran are positive energy users), and luckily there is no mass harm (or the enemy would bomb us with that too).

Playing the vampire race seems to be a mistake, given how many people are unhappy with the result.

Undead have always been reversely affected by healing magic. Spells that heal the living will damage the undead, and vice versa. You want to cast Inflict Wounds and Channel Negative Energy in order to heal a Dhampir character.

There is a feat you can get for Dhampir (Life Dominant Soul) which allows you to heal from both positive and negative energy, but only at half the normal amount of what they would otherwise restore.

It is a racial feat available Dhampirs. You can take it whenever you have a general feat slot available during level-up.

Pathfinder is complicated with its myriad class (archetype) combinations, and playing a dhampir only adds to the complexity. All I can say is save. A lot. If you mess up, go back and try something else. Or spend a lot of time reading forums. watching class videos etc. and have a plan before you even start. Personally I prefer to learn by trying stuff, but YMMV.

Dhampir is a fun class lorewise, but gameplay wise a pain. It's why our DM in all our tabletop games soft-banned the class unless we all played dhampir, cause its just a damper on the whole party unless we all play by those same rules

It's a Dhampir exclusive feat. It lets you heal from both Postive and Negative energy, but reduces the amount of heals you by 50% of its normal amount. Mythic abilities can help alleviate the worst of this drawback.

Play with an all dhampir party and it gets much better.

i tried watching one guy on youtube how he built classes - Werglia
but what i see and what he shows are 2 different things.
i got 3 extra points in ability points and while he have **6** points in skill points i have 4 tops... i tried to use human as he shows in all of his examples and with human i have **5** comparing to his 6 points!
or something changed since 3 weeks ago or im blind...
but ALL of his class builds are different from what i see when i build character.

but your correct - im in love with divinity OS, im waiting for Baldurs gate 3, already played the beta alpha thing... pillar of eternity and etc..
but all of them were fun to build and play.
this game took 3 hours of my life to even build something, just to get to the first camp, enter this maze thing and find out i cant heal my character :\

It's what they never tell you, the first boss is in fact the character creator, no save will save you...no ac will protect you.
