Number of missions?

I'm wondering how many missions, specifically side mission there are in the game and are they replayable? One of the things I enjoyed from the Xcom games is that they were nearly infinite in how many missions you wanted to play to collect gear and levels, is that possible in Gears Tactics?

Act 1 has 6 Main Missions - you need to do 1 side mission between main ones
Act 2 has 8 Main Missions - you need to do 2 side missions between main ones
Act 3 has 8 Main Missions - you need to do 3 side missions between main ones
When you complete the story the game will turn into "veteran mode" its nothing hard about it tho its just called veteran,where you can collect Legendary weapon mods and gears.
If you play Jacked mode,you can even collect Supreme mods,which has the best stats.
Veteran game mode goes the same as the story, after you complete 1 main mission you need to complete 3 side missions,before you can move onto the next main mission.
I believe this game mode is infinite.

A good breakdown, but important to remember that each of those missions - with the exception of the three end act missions/boss fights - there are only 5 mission types. Even for story missions. You get some type of control over which of the 5 types you pick, but its the same types over and over again. And the maps are also extremely repetitive, and not randomly generated like they are in XCom.
