supreme equipment?
When/where do they start to drop? I'm early act 3 and haven't seen them yet as mission rewards or in the random crates.

Well to answer my own question, the first mission where I got a supreme mod as a reward was the final mission (act 3 chapter 8). I assume you'll have to go to veteran missions if you want more (or even just to use your reward from this mission).

Sigh ... This would mean that additional equipment options will be only available if you play the same missions again and again ...

Just a couple more notes:

- supreme equipment seem to be obtained by finishing veteran side missions (not the actual veteran mission itself, which awards a legendary)

- jack caps out at level 7

So from this, its kinda clear that you need 2 runs of the game for sure... one on classic and one in jacked to get all the weapon mods needed for the achievements

Legendaries still drop in jacked mode, so you can get the achievement for equipping legendary mods on everything in jacked mode. I don't see a need for 2 save files.

edit: the rate at which you get legendaries is a lot less in jacked mode; most veretan missions give you a supreme mod for main, then a purple mod for secondary objective. Occasionally you do find a legendary second objective, and the veteran mission itself is always a legendary armor. But if you're looking to quickly fill out all legendary weapon parts, yeah jacked mode is significantly slower.

There are 20 supreme mods, oddly I somehow have a 2nd copy of a lancer mod. I only have 15/20 of them, I'll let you know if the supreme mods stop being awarded if you have 1 copy of each. I don't know yet.

sigh stuck at 18/20, I'm starting to get a lot of duplicates.

edit: got 20/20. After you get 20/20, the drop rates do not change (i.e. every veteran side mission still drops a supreme mod).

I wonder why they didn't implement the same logic for the drops for supreme mods to not give dupes like they fixed legendary drops in classic mode.

In any case I beat the RNG myself as much as possible on classic mode back in the day but ended up with a few dupes but it will easily take you over 30 veteran missions to get all 62 legendary mods (reached lvl 37 to complete the entire set).

If someone is going to try to do everything on jacked mode alone, they are in for one hell of a grind.
