Why can't i change the gender and face of the troops?

I would like to have choices to change the faces at least. You can't create something with those options, only details..

Same, it's weird you can change names but not faces and genders. Also where are all the helmet and why aren't there some available as default?

It's sad because for some reason 90% of my squad are asians lol. Except main heroes only one white dude out of 9 ppl so far.

Customisation is rather underwhelming. Choosing various shades of grey for armour is not that fun. I am used to playing a lot of XCOM 2 and that had fabulous customisation. I admit that a lot of XCOM's customisation came from mods, but I don't think Gears Tactics will be getting mods on the same level due tot he engine and lack of support.

Yeah, I like to have variety but i got many asians and black ppl and they looks mostly alike. They need to add face and gender editing and more hairstyles for woman for sure.
