Can't access all chapters

If the game is fully free, how can i unlock the other chapters? I already finished chapter 1 but the 2 remaining ones still shows as DLC to buy. I had the same issue last year, and at this point i'm kind of lost in the process. Any ideas of how? or why?

I think i had the first episode for free from a while ago and came to check how to add the other 2 episodes. Couldn't see them appearing as DLC either.

Since the whole thing is free this time i removed my copy from my steam account and then just reaquired it on the store page. DLC shows up fine now.

That is because it is a scam, you only get 1 chapter (so no the game is not free like advertised) and they want you to pay $20 for each additional chapter...game is boring as hell, hard pass

Wrong buddy. I proceeded as DriftyZatara said and got all chapters, that's why his comment is checked as satisfiying answer . Seems more like you just wanted to express your hate for the game, which is of topic.
