How do I reset the progress of Tell Me Why game?

I played the first chapter for the first time to check some weirdness with my controls and one of my screen displays, and now that I fixed it, I can't go back to replay the chapter from the intro because the game forces me to continue from where I left the character after I finished testing. I can't the reset button and I'm playing it on W10.

UPDATE:
I found the save file myself. The name of the file is gamesave_tme and by deleting it I could reset all the progress I had to start a new game. The path is tricky. I use a free program for years called Everything from Voidtools and just pasted the name of the file in the app and it instantly found it for me. I forgot to copy the path to make it easier to find for others that don't trust free tools but after I start playing the game I'll edit the post with the path.
The path (following default Steam installation) is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<your user id>\1180660\remote\

But I tell you, just look for gamesave_tme in your system and it shall be quicker than navigating files by hand.

I also updated the title of the topic so that it can be easily found through a search engine.

ALSO don't forget to turn off the cloud-save in your game or it will automatically re-download the deleted file from the cloud. Just start the game without the cloud active and next time you exit the game and turn the cloud back on it should overwrite the old file.

One doesn't even have to search for the configuration file(s) and the save game data locations, and a click on "New Game" after one is finished resets progress automatically. If one needs to reset progress mid-game, one simply starts "New" from the chosen scene.
