Please keep this thread limited to bugs ONLY.

When reporting a bug or requesting support, please contain the following info in your post:

- A description of the problem you're seeing.
- Any relevant info on your PC hardware. Please include any special settings or peripherals you may have (surround sound capabilities, playing in 1080p on a 4K monitor, etc.).

well, i didin't knew how to fix this bug, so i had to download a save from another person who completed the game to continue my journey. it wasn't the same choices but was the only way to beat the game

Did you go around the entire store holding the button to see where it's located? it can take a little while to show up sometimes so you may have to walk slowly.

I encountered the cobbler bug and was a bit sad that I'd never reconcile with my brother because I couldn't eat pie. I remembered that when I launched the game it complained about wanting 2GB of VRAM, so I wondered if the problem was related to that. I run the game in parallels on a MacBook Pro, so I was able to just change the VRAM setting from "auto" to 2GB and restart Windows 10. I also bumped the number processors from 2 to 4 and the system memory from 4GB to 8GB, but I have a feeling it was the VRAM setting that made the difference.

The game no longer complained about the VRAM issue and I was finally able to eat this cobbler that everyone said was so amazing.

I'm probably the only person playing this in a VM, but hopefully the fact that it seems to be a problem that occurs on low spec hardware is helpful to others. Good luck!

Thanks for confirming what I previously wrote, even if I highly doubt that it will affect the view of some others here.

However, as I also previously wrote, it is not only the HW issue, but nevertheless, the HW was/ is the reason in most of all known cases.

SW and HW conjunction is a very complicated matter. HW, OS, firmware, dependencies, updates, additional components (e.g. AV-Software) ... everything can cause such kind of issues.

And then, there is one more thing, not necessarily obvious for many gamers, the strong enough processor is not always a warranty that some application will run because of the supported instruction sets (MMX, MMX+, SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3, SSE4, SSE4a, SSE4.1, SSE4.2 ...). Not every processor supports every instruction set and those, it can happen that a more powerful, but older CPU, can't run something that a weaker, but more modern CPU can.

So this is not exactly a in-game problem: I completed chapter 1 but I can't continue chapter 2 and probably chapter 3 as well. Game says 'Download is available' when I press 'Continue'.
There's no download available. All chapters are supposed to be available in June but all I can do is purchase the game when I already claimed it during this free month.

that's because you downloaded the 1st episode before it was free in june. to get all 3 episodes you have to remove the game from your account completely (not just device but account) and after that you will be able to download all 3 episodes at once. I had the same problem and it helped me.

I have this exact same issue with the storekeeper guy when the twins speak to him in chapter 3.

Specs: Intel Integrated Graphics, i5-3470 processor 3.2g, 16gb ram, wireless mouse, wireless keyboard, wired headset, 2 500g sata hdds, webcam

Having a bug in chapter 3 while talking to Gregg , can't continue the game. I tried restarting but, yeah, sadly nothing works.

There is no "bug in chapter 3 while talking to Gregg" or a problem with the game; only with players and eventually hardware. The both previous solutions or the workaround still apply.

Unable to scroll through dialogue responses on mouse wheel or touchpad. Unfortunately I also unable to change these in the control options.
