Where is the first checkpoint in liubech?

I'm doing the jammer mission in liubech, But I can't find the first checkpoint. Have no idea what it is.
Anyone could tell me where it is?

Face the guard at the gate, look to the left , its near the building. Listen for the sound it makes.
