Why are all Russians on Europe server?

There is 3 Russian Servers and all are low/empty populated, why the f.. are ALL Russians on Europe server? Are even Russians sick of Russians ?
Its been Months since I have seen someone talk english in chat ...

Because RU1, RU2 are old servers with their own economy and specifics. Many started a new game on EU1, which has an acceptable ping.

Everything is simple. Initially, the European server was shared by all players. The Russian servers were delivered only recently. But, alas, the characters are not transferred there. And no one wants to start from scratch.

Not close to being true. Stay Out started as Stalker Online in 2009 . Before Stay Out on steam, you could download Stalker Online from their website and play on 3 servers now known as RU1 RU2 and RU3 . The development team decided to have the game on steam as Stay Out and created EU1 and US1 . The EU1 server is located in Helsinki Finland which is like 700 miles from the Russian border. It makes sense that Russians would also play there if they had steam. Thing is, they also populate the US1 server ( east coast USA ) . Makes no sense but thats what it is.

i feel like the number of player on EU1 has increased. sometimes, like now, i cannot eaven log in.

I agree. EU server is overpopulated. Game needs or stronger servers what would accommodate more players, or have option to move character to less populated newly created (in hundred years) EU1 server. I cannot log in game for hours.

It would make more sense if they moved the EU1 server to a country more to the south. This would also help players with ping. The current EU1 server might as well be just another Russian server as it is more north than the 3 Russian servers. They have not even filled those servers so it makes no sense that they need to fill the EU1 server.

Yeap right now, its fully loaded, i cant login !!! But its ok, i hope more and more people come.
