Is it possibly to repair a weapon to 100% again?
I cant seem to find a answer to this, I dont want to buy spare parts just to get a higher chance of upgrading, I want to get the durability up to 100%, is this possible?

It is possible, but only with non upgraded weapons, every time you upgrade it deteriorates a bit, that cannot be restored, however you can repair the weapon at a weaponsmith, or by yourself with repair parts, to max durability, 100% for an non upgraded weapon. It will give a repaired tag. Each repair can be restored with spare parts. So a non upgraded weapon can be restored to 100%... phew hope that clears that one.

To get your durability up back to 100%, you must use a spare part. That also resets the number of repairs back to zero, I recommend only using spare parts after repairing 15 times. Every time you repair with proper skill or the repair kit it only repairs back to 98% from 100%. its -% ever repair.

Basically:

Akm 48% Repair with using sufficient repair skill you can restore it back to 98%.

Or you use a repair kit, Just right click on it from your inventory then pick corresponding weapon you want to repair.

Then if you repaired said gun numerous times and its max durability is low, thats when you use a spare part kit. Restores it back to 100% state and resets number of times repaired

All of this but ONLY on non-modded weapons. Modded weapons will never go back to 100%

not true there are some upgrades that don't take form the 100%
ah right i forgot X) so when you upgrade/mod a weapon, there is a chance that it can lower its maximum durability. It will appear as a white line on the durability bar
