Vanya Hell goofy update
The poorly translated patch notes arent helping much, I have no idea how to access vanya after the update. was told 'area recon' quest needed to be completed first if youve already done the old radio chip quest, but after completing that the guy tells me to go talk to chaplin who has no new dialouge for me. no idea who reaper is thats mentioned in the patch notes either. i hate how low effort this ♥♥♥♥ is, especially in regards the the western players experience.

Chaplin gives you a quest to put up posters around the map. Do that quest 2 times and then can go talk to the guy at the mine under the railroad bridge, he will take you to Vanya.

given a some of the jobs are in russian i can't blame ya. do as the other feller says and it should be good

ok so i was suspecting that my ♥♥♥♥ is bugged and if i need a chaplin quest for putting up posters then it definetly is bugged for me because i only get the quest for killing fiends and silvans from chaplin

You need to finish Balance of power first.

Yeah, translation is terrible and since the changes made the game worse, not worth for new players or even returning at all.
