Anyone have a recent guide for the tutorial ??? I did the tincture quest but the watch man just will not drink the brew.... I'm so confused lol

Watchman is not the NPC looking for the Tincture it is the Huckster from the Station

It is the Huckster you need to show the Tincture first and he will then send you to the Watchman .

Yes, and now it says time to get the watchman to drink it. It says I have to say "Valdimir Ilyich said that it was time to take the medicine." I tried typing it to him and everything. The watchman just keeps refusing the tincture and only talking about how he does not need the copper wire...what am I missing?

Alright, So I decided to just do more of the missions in the tutorial area, Putting this here for others. The copper wire is used for literally nothing, Just do the missions from valadimir Ilyich, then do some from the huckster (COLLECT AND KEEP ANY TANSY YOU SEE, YOU WILL NEED IT).

If anyone looking at this is struggling, make sure to disassemble the coil, then you can continue the quest.

click on wire and disassemble it then he will take it. if you have done everything else you don't have to type anything comes up in drop box just click on take your medicine
