Just made it to the first area after the second tutorial.

Speak to everyone in the train station. Pick up all the quests. They will lead to you other locations. You will get basic quests that will help get you a better weapon, some money, ammo etc. To begin with you're not Rambo, so don't take on every dog on the street, you can run and avoid. It's not Call of Duty. The area after the tutorial is a training ground for some basic enemies, learning to do quests, learning to explore.

First of all nether sell anything u find except u r sure u wont need it or u really know the selling price on board.

Take the quest for Tokarev TT and SKS first to get this guns for "free".
Solve the quest to be allowed to leave Liubech next I recommend to go with Former Administration but its your choice u can go with Black Market as well.
At the skill tree take at least at the hunting skills the ones for looting mutants that u can find at Liubech City and later on at Outlands like dogs, goblins, boars and the running skills.
If u have enough points improve how much weight u can carry.

To make a living at Liubech Station u can trade raw meat with Belyash for ammo and with Sergunya boar legs for Station trade points.
With Serge u can trade Nagant Revolver at TT mags and with the trade points for boar legs u can buy other mags and stuff.
U can trade raw meat with Chestnut at D4-1 for fried meat.
Do the daily quest with Valentin at Commandants Office for medical bandages, do the daily quest with Mark for first aid kit and other stuff at the park.

Do the Hunt the Ghoul Quest with Balamut.

Take part on the waste paper collection competition at commandants office.

At Liubech their are quite some young boar from time to time at B3-3/B3-4 and E5-4 (at night) and C5 for getting boar legs.

If u reach lvl 24 do the olympic quest with Mark and get a nice surprise :) - u can do that quest every month.

If u reach lvl24 and 1k Commandants Office points u can take Courier "Letters from the Courier" quest which save u some travel costs.

If u leave city go to Gourmet and trade your TOZ34 for 6B2 with Arsen.
Sell dog hearts, boar hearts and ears, wolf hearts to Gourmet for trade points.
With Frol u can have a quest to get your first MGD for "free".

If u have enough money for your first decent weapon to buy from board I advice to take the IMI UZI because ammo and repair is cheap or take the PPsH41 with 71 mags from Samostrel if u have enough trade points.
U can get PPsH41 with Mokruth gang also by 800 trade points.
