UNFAIR BANNING

I come here to express my repudiation with the unfair ban on anthrax, including my ban; anthrax was banned simply for being part of the alliance with DOLG(as is clear from the dev discord chat with one antrax menber, antrax didn't really break any game rules), it was not said in the rules of the game, or in pacthnotes, that no clan can ally with the DOLG clan ,,. this was unfair because DOLG is still in the game and the anthrax is banned, including that I have 3000 hours of gameplay, I spent a lot of money on the game store and simply, for being part of an alliance that supposedly without proof and without videos uses cheats ,, if i can't get my account back i will look for legal means, to ask for everything i spent back, i just want my account back with my items ,, i have proof and prints that my items were purchased legal way, not violating any game guidelines , all i want is justice. https://i.imgur.com/4wUnLIq.jpg

I think it is iresponsible to ban a whole clan cuz some one cheated or what not they are punishing players who did not know i understand if the devs had proof of them knowing that cirtan individual is hacking/scripting/boting but still you cant just punish a caln for that what if my caln accepts a cheater without knowing it what i would get band for not knowing the situation, so now all clans should be just closed communities of friends and no strangers yes. Do the devs try to put covid rules on us this is unthinkable. i think this is unjustified to the individuals that got unfairly banned . And i as a player of this game demand fixing of this conduct to all the unfairly banned players and compensation to them

In general there just seems to be so many fixes that the game needs in order to become a game with more potential for people to play, but yet something like this happens. I could list at least 50 different aspects of the game that needs to be fixed but it would not matter because nothing will ever seem to be done about the current circumstances of the game itself. I'm wondering if there was even any intention of looking into the situation and investigating what happened in the first place rather than having 30+ players in the US1 player base of Stay Out gone just like that. There are people who have invested not only time into Stay Out but also hundreds maybe even thousands of dollars into this game. My frustration is with those who got banned without justification in their ban as a whole. There are plenty of other groups/clans within the player base of Stay Out that do so much worse on a larger scale compared to what ANTRAX did, if they were even banned for the correct reason. I hope that this post just doesn't get disregarded like a majority of posts on this game do and whoever decides to read this with the power to do something makes the right choice.

I think the management of the stay out is very poorly commanded, for several months several players make denouncements with evidence and videos, of players who shamelessly use cheaters inside the game, especially when they are close to losing bases and etc ... the whole community knows which clan I mean, yes I am talking about the bear clan, which we can blatantly see that it is about the protection of administrators, and now without any evidence, just alleging suspicion, they banish half the community unfairly, these and other things that cause the most players give up the game, a bad administration, total disregard for the game management, but to ban members without any proof, just for false allegations, they are very fast, as long as the administration does not stop sucking the bear, the game will increasingly on the way to bankruptcy, there is only one feeling, of total disgust from the current stay out administration!

they had to immediately remove the option to create clans, and force you to play in the bear clan, because anyone who goes against their favorites can be banned without proof!

If we are going to be banning clans for cheating/hacking/manupulating and or destroying the market by buying guns with real money
lets start by looking into BEAR, MERCS, ATLS, UNTED EMPIRE, etc... Stay Out has a big problem with cheaters, hackers and now a black market on discord.
It is devastating to believe that the actions of 1 or a few individuals can impact a whole clan. This is devastating to know after investing 1300/hrs and a
decent amount of credit card charges. Your lack of profecionalism and attention to detail cause my entire clan to loose the game in Stay Out. You have made it
impossible for players to grow as you keep nerfing farm spots and ignore the true problems in your community. As a gamer i'm discusted and if it wasnt for my true
love for the STALKER series i would not be here. I will be posting much content as i am a full streamer of your game in US1 and EU1. I will expose every cheater in
your community plublicly as you have failed to do your simple "job" as a develepor. With these actions and politics you will only drive the true gamers away with leaving
nothing but a negative review behind for other to learn and follow. We hope this will open you eyes and you will take just actions against those that deserve it. Best wishes

This is shameful and a very dark practice, really regrettable to ban an entire clan for only participating in an alliance with a clan which is supposedly cheating, and the same clan that is suspected of cheating has not been banned, this is looking a lot like persecution and tantrum of badly intentioned administration, the STORM clan that had members banned, really had only a few members banned, not all of them, their alliance also left without scratches, i repeat this = That is looking a lot like persecution and tantrum of badly intentioned administration... the administration of this game is disgusting and shady.

I want my account because I have not used any kind of cheating in the game. I want my account full of my equipment And if you say we are allies with cheaters you could have banned them for cheating not us and show us a proof that one of ahtpakc are using cheat i want them to proof who cheating in the clan

It is already very clear that this game is corrupt, there are plenty of reasons and evidence.

They ban entire clans and players playing legally and without evidence against them, as there is no right to defend themselves or to see evidence of the ban.
Clans that truly use cheats continue to play normally and without any penalty, this only makes it clear THAT THE DEVS SELL THE SAME CHEAT, THE ONE THAT GIVES YOU IMMUNITY TO THE BAN, ONLY INVENTING EXCUSES NOT TO BAN. In addition to being within the sale of items in the black market.

i was one that got banned with no reason that moment, toke me more than 700 hour to get what i got.. im not able to use forage money.. so i have to play hard... play a lot.. and good.. with no clan for a long time... when i join DOLG i had less than 7 days in the clan when i got banned.. just 1 base defense (tunguska) we keep the base against all the clans that come to try to take the base and we win.. they couldn't handle the deception.. so they did what they do best.. you all know the answer to that.. i send a lot of ticket.. until a got this answer from Dr KT and Dev's... "( WE ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE YOUR ACCOUNT BACK)"

I play more than 1700 hours, and the devs ban us without reason, reason 3,1 but when we ask for the reason they say " we told you that you need to search other alliance" in other words, you need to be with the people that pay and all the server are corrupted. Storm clan, that are friends of devs come to cheat all the weeks and they ban 1 cheater of 15 each month, oh but we win a legit battle that record, they dont want our videos and prouves, they defend MONKAS cheater, "he have a good aiming and 100% legal," WORDS OF THE SUPPORT. you can see the video if you want... they dont care if they ban all the legit player, but if they have the players that buy all in black market all is good, this game is corrupted. MASIVE BAN ONLY FOR AN ALLIANCE, but the server US1 have many complete clans and MANY players than cheat and they do nothing, why? because they buy the cheat of the devs and their have devs unmunity.
