Sayga 12K or AKS-74U for PvE?

Which one is generally better for PvE? I am talking one for everything, from dogs, over fiends to bears. The Sayga does more damage but the AKS-74U has more range.

Any opinions?

well, that's one way of course, but I already have a good PvP gun, just looking for a nice, cheap PvE alternative that is still competitive.

Saiga is a nice choice anyway .. just make sure you get the good ammo 12/76 0000 . it can be bought at Fin in Vesuvius for ecsample but you might also find little stacks on the Bullentinboard.

Shotguns in this game make sense only against wild boars that suddenly appeared, and then only when shooting at the side. For everything else, assault rifles.

you should try the Saiga with the right ammo on short distance against People , you would be suprised !

you should try the Saiga with the right ammo on short distance against People , you would be suprised !

Try to confront a fighter with SVD at a distance of 180 meters with a saiga. You will be surprised.

Your example is meaningless. My example was just so that you understand what you are writing about. But you didn't get it. The assault rifle will be more effective at any distance and more versatile. Will you be able to defeat the crowd of 25 saiga spiders running towards you? Not! Stop a couple - three plaques with a psi attack? Not! Demons? Not! Vedunov? Of course not! A crowd of forest owners or 20 dogs before you die? Not! Only with an assault rifle at a distance as they approach you. You can't handle a gun even with one verlioca! And a group of 3-7 of them may approach you. Yes, even for the same wild boars, you will not be able to hunt normally because of the short shooting distance of the rifles. You will need to lure them using an assault rifle. You see how little you understand. I've been playing this game since 2011 and I know what I'm talking about.

You are so wrong but my time is limited .. i guess its time to record a Video about youre so called useless Weapon .... you have no clue at all or youre simply not smart enough to know how to .

btw there since 2009 broooooooooooo lol

PS : Of course you cant kill 30 spiders at the same time but you will also have a hard time with an Assaultrifle in that case or if a Bear spawns right behind you ! you guys just want to make sure you sell your overpriced Weapons on the Board ... i run arround with AKS74u and Saiga and i never had big troubles to protect myself with those weapons ... even in harsh situations . My point is , you dont need an 107 or an RPG or a SIG for millions .
