so , i reset my skills . i didn`t change my weight skills . but added 1 more (agility) to increase my speed . but the result ...
it`s just brilliant :
max wight dropped from 81.8 to 80.0 !!!!!!
max speed while running dropped from 7.4 to 7.3 !!!!!

what is this ??????
are you kidding me ???
is there sth i missed ?

in reality if you want proof you can test it.. i can give video proof that perception the violet percks work great in reducing loot lost.. the max carry weight work fine i carry 94kg using a bigsportbag.. after setting your new perks you need to restart the game..
the only one i can realy say it dosent work at all is the criticall hit power.. but after update wee will need to find the proper build for the proper aktivity ;-) <

with all carrying skills you can carry 85kg with kolo backpack . more than this is just about better backpacks not better skills .

in support

packaging
Each 1 skill point invested in the current branch adds 0.1 kg, as well as reduces the weight of items in the inventory (patrons, grenades and loot) by 0.5% (maximum decrease -35%).

Maximum carryable weight increases by 10 kg

increase in strength by 1
affects the maximum carryable weight (5 kg)
affects the impact of the weapon - the performance is not confirmed

if you have ll the intended perks to max your carry weight as i said you will haave 94kg using a big sportbaag

i dont feel it is useless and off curse it is not usefull for noobs becuse before they can get this perks it is no more noob lol

yeas 94kg using a big sport bag if you have all the right perks and skill point in the right branches.. i taken this text from so-wiki.ru .... of curse auto translate in english using google..

but if one have intention to lern the game it is not a problem to read some explanation on the wiki.. in the usefull information section.. you will find perks and skills click it and see what i say..

some people want to sell you the most useless backpack for 20M this people dosent want you know this and a lot of other thing in the game to take advantage of your not knowlage and make monney.. ( rubles ingame currency) but some time they look for real cash too....
