Bathroom potential Easter Egg ?

First off, Sorry to post 3 different things in a row but I had 3 very different questions.

In the Mens room I noticed 4 arrows going up down up down in the first stall. I assumed it meant the women's room because it have 4 toilets in it so I lifted the seat accordingly. Nothing happened. I was wondering if anyone wanted to help me figure this thing out
