Fatal Error and Game Crash in Tiny Mode

Has just finished the Game and enjoyed it so far... want to try the Game again in Tiny Mode.
At the first try I get a 'Fatal Error' Message and the Game crashed right after I fried a Spider with the Flamethrower... at the second attempt it crashed without the 'Fatal Error' Message after I jumped.
Is this a known issue and get fixed or is it just me?

BTW:
Another Bug I recognize in Tiny Mode... when I start a Drone it starts under the Floor (under the Level environment) and I'm not able to steer up or down.
