I seem to bump up into the black screen after the first puzzle, the terminal, what should I do?

I'm stuck in that part where you can change the rooms with your cellphone by pressing the colors, I can only look at the objects, I can't interact with anything and the game doesn't let me go inside the hole in the wall again for some reason

i was curious why it was possible to click continue off the bat and clicked it and it did the black screen on me.
