Accessibility for tinnitus sufferers: Skip soundtrack (or blacklist soundtrack even)

Heyo,

So far, in my time with the beta, I've come across one track that has a very high pitched whine in the background (various different high frequency whines as far as I can tell). Those do trigger my tinnitus something fierce, so I have to turn off the game's music when it happens. I then turn it back on after a while when the next track starts.

Playing without the music in the background is frankly not super pleasant either, so an option to skip to next soundtrack would be an, in my opinion, easy to implement solution. Just hit the button and have it play the next song.

If you want a more involved solution, you could have an option to blacklist certain tracks from playing, though that would certainly require a more dedicated effort than a simple skip song button.

Anyway, it's something I'd love to see a solution for. Toggling music on/off is not a good way to play, so I resorted to listening to endless space soundtrack for now with this game's music off.

(not totally gamebreaking, as I said, turning off the music works. Just not convinced this is optimal)
