Is there a way to motivate developers to work harder?
I'm a programmer myself, I understand the problem with motivation and burning out. Making a game is a damn hard work. However, I have the game for years, and my health turned to worse since purchasing, and it would be nice to play the game at release and not to just leave it to my grandchildren. Now, there are two ways to quicken the release: to cut some content and to release unpolished game which I don't want, and to motivate developers to work longer hours and be more focused.

It is not an easy to motivate a developer, so I'm open to ideas. What do you think, people? Obviously, to chain to a computer is a good first step, but what next? Electroshock tied to lack of focus, with AI applying it generously? Tying feeding to codebase pushes? Heating the floor to red hot with cooling tied to speed of keyboard typing?
