How do I use Nuclear Weapons?

All it says is "Nuclear Strikes are directed by the faction in control of the executive control point"

Okay, so I am in complete control of the country but there is no button or anything directing me on how to use the weapons.

Click on the country to open its window up. You'll see a nuclear button above it. Click on a province and you can launch nukes there as long as it belongs to an enemy or an enemy has armies there.

I have full control over EU.
I am at war with Russia and China, who are allied.

They have 7 armies in egypt but there is no such a nuke button if I click on egypt.

There is also no nuke button at any of their controled area, not in russia territory nor in china territory.

So where the hell is this damn nuke button???

Where can I see how many nuclear weapons a country controls at the moment?

as long as Egypt isn't yours and don't own nukes, not here you have to click on European union then the nuclear button appear at the top of the European union windows. (Just under the influence icone at the top of the screen
But i don't know nuke's range or if you need freedom of the sea to nuke across the sea.

to know how many nukes a country owns : clic on the country, check the number near the small green missile bewteen your militech level and your freedom of the sea level.

Click on EU, on top of EU info screen, the yellow button. Click on that, click the target. Boom.

In addition to the UI mistake, I'm not sure you'll be able to nuke Egypt if you're not at war with Egypt.

OK, got it.

I didn´t check my own main country the EU for the nuke button, but there it is.

And no worries, I could nuke Egypt as there was 7 enemy armies stacked, what is a good goal for a nuke.
The second nuke went directly to moscow, eliminating another 6 enemy armies.

I also found where I see how many nukes a country has ready.
Would be stupid to continue the war with russia, they have twice as much nukes than I have.

Good thing, I could make peace with them befor they used one of it vs my armies.

Be careful that your agents don't have the ethical trait, nukes cause them to lose 1 loyalty permanently per nuke.
