Other games like this with solar system colonization?

I thought I saw another game recently set in modern times grand strategy/political sim with the ability to colonise and eventually have space battles within the solar system. I don't know if I just misremembered or if it was some mod for a game I saw.

Any ideas?

The only game I know, that is kind-of similar to Terra Invicta, is Solar War:

although it's not really grand strategy/political sim, all the politics in the game comes to improving relations with Earth governments to get their support.

Not it im afraid. It was mostly set on earth.
