Is there a way to automatize control?
Hi this may be a bit dumb as I am relatively new but I feel like there Is a ton of micromanagement that I have to do and was wondering if there was some way I didn't have to manage every aspect of the world?

What do you want to automate?
There is an option to set councilors on auto, but they will only do defensive missions.

Incorrect, Councillors will auto advise, but its lower on their priority list than securing claims or increasing public support. If you want to plop someone to power level or support a war, you can always use the permanent assignment option in the results window for an advise result.

It would be nice if we could better control the auto advise priorities though. Sometimes they'll make bizzare choices like advising a country instead of helping with a 9.2 unrest in central america.

Frankly a lot, having to individually direct each country on how it spends its resources is a little annoying. I wish it was a little more like crusader kings or other paradox titles where I don't have to micromanage every aspect of areas under my control.

I feel like countries under you control should feel like they work together the longer they are under the same banner. Say instead of just the council you can invest in regional then world wide mutual assistance programs. Say south america region. After having x amount of countries under your control you can research and use a organization to work on building up the economies, governments, and military/aerospace sectors without having to constantly micromanage everything.

In short If I am trying to run this world wide organization It stands to reason I should be able to delegate a little.
You rarely need to change a country's focus once you set it, and in South America there is no reason at all to change their targets as most of them simply cannot function at anything other that a couple of tasks (namely funding, mission control and boost with a little bit of unity to save needing public campaigns).

Once a big stable county is set up you might want to look back every few years, small countries below a certain amount of population cannot be made stable in their economy and aren't worth investing in. Developing countries that will be able to self sustain need micromanaging yes, but even then you don't need to do much.

You can also create a custom profile that your faction uses by default for IP spending meaning you won't need to tweak every nation's spending to stop it pillaging itself with spoils if your faction's default included that.

The other thing about the Design Priority Template screen is that it shows you which priority template your countries are using, allows you to swtich between templates quickly.

National unification projects can also vastly simplify your admin. Once all of South America is one country, it can be managed as such.
