Admin towers super strong midgame
The newish admin towers they added have really cracked open midgame earth operations. Each one gives 10 cp cap, which is a ton considering how each scaling-cost tech gives that as well, as well as most incremental cp increases. It's basically let me gain control of almost every major power (US, Eurasian, China, India) as well as a ton of minor satellite nations I would've likely had to abandon in previous iterations, in addition to pushing servants/protectorate away from spoiling africa into global climate destruction.

Once you get the T3 admin complexes, I don't see CP being an issue at all anymore for most players; even controlling just half of the earth orbitals (which isn't much), thats a +240 CP cap on top of what you already had in previous patches, which makes strategies like splitting out minor nations for more IP viable (if you want to fix the climate or create boost which is actually useful now for these towers).

Finding a place to put them was my problem; So many things I want in LEO and so few bases.

Same here. So much to do in LEO I was going to wait for T3. But he is making it tempting, another 100 CP cap would really make things easier right now... XD
